All deposits on phjoy68 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:

Bonus Funds are not withdrawable. Only Real Money Balance that has satisfied applicable wagering requirements may be withdrawn. Any Bonus Funds remaining in your account at the time of a withdrawal request will be forfeited unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms.

phjoy68's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phjoy68 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit phjoy68's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Users agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue.
phjoy68 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, phjoy68 will provide reasonable notice to registered Users via the platform or by email to the address on file. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised accordingly.
